Delivery Conditions

Normal delivery is in 3 to 5 working days and is free for orders over £50 within the UK mainland.
For orders under £50 there is a charge of £12.50 plus VAT for a normal UK mainland delivery.
Next day delivery can be arranged if an item is in stock but will incur an extra cost. Please contact us at sales@datacabsolutions to discus availability and shipping cost.
For deliveries to destinations outside mainland UK please contact us for a price and to arrange a delivery date.

Delivery of cabinets

Cabinets are delivered by specialist couriers and require that someone be available at the delivery address on the pre-arranged day to take delivery and sign for them. Deliveries are to the ground floor only. If you require a cabinet sited please contact us to arrange a two person delivery which will incur an extra cost.
We are able to provide a build on site service. Please contact us to discuss this option if required and to obtain a price.
Precise delivery times cannot be confirmed. Normal deliveries are between 8.0am and 6.0pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Please supply us with the address to which you require your goods to be delivered and a contact telephone number. The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been processed.
Please inspect your goods thoroughly before signing for them as this is proof that they were received in good condition. If this is not possible the carrier’s documentation must also state “Goods un-checked.” If your goods are faulty or are damaged in transit, please inform us by email within 3 days, stating the problem and we will investigate the complaint.

Missed deliveries and cabinet returns

When a cabinet delivery is missed a charge will be levied to cover the cost of re-delivery.
Please try to ensure that the cabinet you order is the correct size and specification, we are happy to help if you are unsure of what you need. If a cabinet has to be returned you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us or the manufacturer and for a restocking charge (see terms and conditions section 4 Returns). Non standard cabinets manufactured to your own specifications cannot be returned to us unless they arrive damaged.
We will make every effort to deliver your goods on the date requested but any delivery date quoted is not guaranteed nor is the time quoted for delivery a condition of the contract. We will not be liable for any failure to meet a delivery date nor for loss or consequential loss of any kind arising from a delay in delivery however caused.
